6A. Product Descriptions
Chi Shing will make every effort to ensure that the content and product descriptions on this website are accurate and complete. However, we do not guarantee that the content and product descriptions are accurate, complete, up-to-date, and error-free. Additionally, natural stone products are unique, and it is difficult to maintain uniform appearance. We will randomly select one or multiple items for photography, and we will strive to maintain the integrity of the product's appearance. Customers cannot select each individual item.
6B. Natural Flaws
Due to the nature of natural stones, each bead may have variations in color and crystal structure. They may also contain natural flaws such as fractures, cotton-like inclusions, varying sizes, mineral imperfections, black spots, and impurities. We have pre-selected beads with good quality before production, and customers cannot select each bead or strand.
6C. Deviation in Bead Sizes
There may be slight variations in bead sizes within each batch, typically ranging from 0.1mm to 0.5mm.
6D. Style Adjustments
In order to accommodate the size of your wrist during handcrafting, we may make minor adjustments to the style, such as adding or removing beads. If the style adjustment is not significant, we will not provide prior notice.
6E. Color Variation
We strive to present the products on the website as accurately as possible. However, due to factors such as lighting conditions during photography and variations in screen devices, there may be slight deviations between the product images and the actual items.
7. Pricing
The prices displayed on this website are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Unless there is an obvious error, by placing an order, you agree to pay the prices shown on this website. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all displayed prices but cannot guarantee that all prices are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover any pricing errors for products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may choose to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If your credit card or debit card is not in Hong Kong dollars, the final charge will be calculated by your issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

Reasons include but are not limited to the following: the ordered products are out of stock, do not meet our quality standards, violate delivery restrictions, contain pricing or product description errors, payment authorization cannot be obtained, or you do not meet the purchasing qualifications stated in the terms of service.
