Delivery Service
We take great care in packaging your items before shipment. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days after placing the order (no shipments on Sunday or Monday or public holidays; orders will be shipped after the holidays).
Hong Kong and Macau Orders:

• For purchases of HK$800 or above, free SF Express delivery service is available(excluding Decoration); the shipping fee for decoration will be paid by the recipient.
• For the shipping fee required for decoration, please email/WhatsApp us to inquire.
• If the order is below HK$800, we will arrange SF Express on a "pay upon delivery" basis, and the postage fee will be collected by SF Express directly from the recipient upon delivery.
Taiwan Orders:
• For purchases of HK$1500 or above, free SF Express delivery service is available(excluding Decoration); the shipping fee for decoration will be paid by the recipient.
• For the shipping fee required for decoration, please email/WhatsApp us to inquire.
• If the order is below HK$1500 we will arrange SF Express on a "pay upon delivery" basis, and the postage fee will be collected by SF Express directly from the recipient upon delivery.
Other International Orders:
• For international orders of HK$20000 or above, worldwide free shipping is provided (excluding Decoration); the shipping fee for decoration will be paid by the recipient.
• For the shipping fee required for decoration, please email/WhatsApp us to inquire.
• If the order is below HK$20000, we will inform you of the postage fee separately via email/ Whatapps. Customers can also email/ Whatapps us to inquire about the fee before making a purchase.
